GetYourStaples is currently in beta. These terms may change as the service develops, and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before any commercial launch.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or placing an order on GetYourStaples, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Beta service
GetYourStaples is currently a beta product. Features, pricing, and delivery availability may change, be limited, or be temporarily unavailable without notice.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Pricing and product information
Prices are compiled from Woolworths and Coles listings and are refreshed periodically — they may not always reflect the current in-store or online price at the time you order. We lock in the price shown to you at checkout for that order. GetYourStaples is not affiliated with Woolworths or Coles.
5. Delivery
Available delivery days and times are shown at checkout and may be limited around when our pricing data refreshes. We'll do our best to deliver within your selected window, but windows are estimates, not guarantees.
6. Fees
Orders may include delivery-related fees (such as a store pickup fee, a home delivery fee, and surcharges for large or bulky orders) in addition to item prices. The full breakdown is shown before you confirm your order.
7. Payments
During the current beta, checkout does not process real payments or collect card details — orders are confirmed without charge. This will change once payment processing is introduced, at which point these terms will be updated.
8. Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the service — for example, by attempting to interfere with its operation, access other users' accounts or data, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis during this beta period, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, GetYourStaples is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use GetYourStaples after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
